At Salvation for All Charity Organization Uganda, the Deaf Children Ministry is not just a program—it is a calling placed on our hearts by God. Many of these children were once rejected, neglected, and misunderstood. Some were hidden away, while others were denied education, love, and even the most basic needs of life simply because they could not hear or speak.

Yet we believe something greater: every child matters, every child is valuable, and every child has a purpose.

A Place of Love and Belonging

Today, we care for 56 deaf and mute children, providing them with a safe and loving environment where they are accepted, protected, and valued. In this place, they are no longer forgotten or overlooked—they are embraced as family, surrounded by care, compassion, and a sense of belonging that restores their dignity.

Daily Care & Support

For many of these children, even a simple meal was once uncertain. Through this ministry, we provide daily meals, clothing, basic healthcare, and essential support. These acts of care meet their immediate needs while also restoring hope and dignity to their lives.

Education & Communication

We are committed to helping deaf children learn, grow, and communicate effectively. Through education and the development of sign language skills, we are opening doors that were once closed to them.
